Tip-giving egret Gwyneth Paltrow will occasionally publish a tome of wisdom on her website that sells cashmere things. Yesterday, it was all about guts, as in the guts you trust, not the guts you lose (abs), or the guts you skip (lectures), or the guts that help you tell someone they cut you in line (chutzpah). At this moment, Paltrow is only interested in the guts that guide you to your personal truths and individual wisdom and all sorts of other helpful items like knowing about who is cheating on whom.
But what about if you don't follow your astute intestinal region, what happens then? Paltrow recruited an expert named Jill Willard, a Los Angeles–based intuitive, who did an important calculation regarding destiny:
[W]hat I’ve found in the aura is that destiny can affect about 20 percent of our whole being and life experience if we are ignoring natural body rhythms, talents, and signs pointing north.
If you don’t use your gut, 20 percent of your time will be affected by destiny. That’s nearly five hours of every day! Just bumping along to destiny, ignoring your good, wise belly-area.BEGIN SLIDESHOW
