After a report last month that Rihanna could be making like Beyoncé and designing an athleisure line, it’s official: The star will be the new creative director of Puma. WWD reports that yesterday the singer flew to the brand’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany (gesundheit!), for her first design session. (Here’s what she wore to that meeting, by the way.)

The deal will be a “multi-year partnership,” per the paper, though the signing amount has not been disclosed. (Earlier rumors placed the figure at over $1 million.) Rihanna will also appear in the Kering-controlled athletic giant’s fall 2015 campaign. Said Puma CEO Bjørn Gulden, “Signing Rihanna is a fantastic step for Puma. Her global profile, her charisma and individuality, her ambition — all these things make her a perfect ambassador for our brand.” For her part, Bad Gal RiRi expressed herself much more succinctly: “creep #puma”, she  Instagrammed.
