Scenes From Milan Men’s: Turtlenecks and Lacy Tunics

By

While Milan Men’s Fashion Week may not have featured quite as many playful props as last week’s London shows (where both Legos and pink teddy bears made appearances on the runway), the Italian designers provided no shortage of things to ogle. The Cut sent photographer Kevin Tachman backstage at some of the week's biggest shows, where he shot everything from the lacquered hair helmets at Versace to lacy tunics and men in bathrobes at Gucci.

Fendi provided exceptional cold-weather-dressing inspiration with oversize, fuzzy purple scarves (not to mention the reappearance of the monster key chain), while Bottega Veneta sent models down the runway with skinny silk ties knotted around their necks. Click through the slideshow for these and more highlights from the Milan shows, including red-and-white beanies at Gucci, a lush, jungle-themed landscape at Ermenegildo Zegna, and many, many men in turtlenecks.
