Cool News: Jogging Too Much Is Bad for You

Scientists, real ones not imposters commissioned by me or other lazy-bones heroes, say that too much jogging is as harmful as not jogging at all.

Danish researchers examined 1,000 healthy runners and not-runners over a 12-year period. They found that people who ran for over four hours and people who didn’t exercise at all had the highest death rates, while people who ran steadily for less than two-and-half hours a week lived the longest.

In conclusion: If you don’t want to die, don’t do too much or too little of anything, don’t have been born, and try taking a fun new shortcut on your next run.
