In the latest installment of our “day in the life” video series, the Cut trailed legendary celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury, best known for wearing a cat eye every single day of her life, her eponymous best-selling makeup line, and her ability to casually name-drop Kate (Moss), Cara (Delevingne), and Amal (Clooney, whose wedding makeup she did) into everyday conversation. Our video crew followed Tilbury from morning to night last week, beginning with a makeup test at Rachel Zoe and ending as the makeup lead for Edun. Watch above as Tilbury visits the Empire State Building for the first time, applies Bambi lashes, and hand-draws freckles, with lots and lots of dewy skin in between.
