It's been 11 years since Sophie Dahl has set foot on the catwalk — her last appearance being Matthew Williamson's show in 2004. At the Temperley show during London Fashion Week, she closed in a black overcoat and sparkly copper pants. Designer Alice Temperley, a longtime friend of the model's, told Grazia, "She's a friend and I wondered why on earth she wasn't on that catwalk. She's so unbelievably beautiful. I just said, 'you're looking so amazing please will you walk in my show? Don't say no, think about it,' and she did it." Dahl — who's filled her time between catwalk gigs by designing a hangover-themed clothing line (seriously), doing a cooking show, and figuring out just what the heck CC creams are — 'grammed a shot of the eye sequins she wore for her show makeup.

Other throwback names walking in the show were Jacquetta Wheeler and Caroline Winberg, both of whom happen to be pregnant. Explained Temperley, "I wanted to celebrate real people and friends and people that wear your clothes. It shouldn't just be very, very young girls. [Wheeler and Winberg] are beautiful and friends, so why not show them when they're pregnant?"
