Drake showed up at Irving Plaza last night to sing a few songs off his new "mixtape," If You're Reading This It's Too Late, and to officially announce his presence at Fashion Week. After the fire alarm in the building went off for 30 minutes — which someone said "completely killed the vibe" — Drake salvaged the night by performing a smattering of hits (and covers of "FourFiveSeconds" and "Only One") to a room that included everyone from model Dree Hemingway to LeBron James to Ben Horowitz of Andreessen Horowitz. There were, of course, some cameos: Kanye showed up to perform a remix of "I Don't Like," and ILoveMakonnen made his usual appearance for "Tuesday." But when Nas came on for a few songs, Drake hopped down into the audience to watch from the front row. Above, a recap video of the night's highlights (captured on an iPhone).
