It’s both a blessing and a curse to dress as well as Johnny Weir. A blessing because he’s a delight to the eyes; a curse because poor Johnny can’t ever repeat a fabulous outfit once it’s been seared into our collective memory, he tells the New York Post.

To prep for his latest commentator gig — this time, providing technical expertise and flair for the World Figure Skating Championships — Johnny is picking up some new duds and cleaning out his closet by selling off 170 designer bits and pieces of his wardrobe via resale eBay shop Linda’s Stuff.

Items include: the Alexander McQueen silk scarf he bought in 2008, before deciding he was a little too “Dowager Countess” for skulls; the baby-blue Balenciaga bag he bought to commemorate the first time he skated to Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face”; the fur hat he bought for his mother but took back because her “head was too small”; and a Chanel fanny pack he found 2011 before realizing he was just “not one who can pull off a fanny pack.”
