Buried in a “Page Six” squib about prison hookups (!) today is the news that the recently sprung Michael Alig is going where so many notables have gone before, and is launching a fashion line. “The repentant killer and current artist,” as he is identified in the item, is also a future designer. He is apparently set to launch his collection, which is called Skroddleface, two weeks from now. The burgeoning line doesn’t yet have a URL, but according to BusinessLookup.com, “SKRODDLEFACE INC is an active business, started JULY 07, 2014 filed in KINGS County, New York.” Sounds like someone’s ready to bite into the style world like it’s the proverbial cronut.
