Is Dior’s spring/summer 2016 collection avant-garde or ladylike? The answer is yes. In the short film above, Patrick Demarchelier (who also shot the campaign photos) shows off the collection’s juxtapositions, which can be found even in the accessories: shoes that combine the delicacy of grosgrain ribbon with a solid block heel, soft printed necklaces embellished with metal pendants as an homage to the first Dior show in 1947.
