Outfit of the Week: Head-to-Toe White

Tomorrow’s the first day of March, which means it’s one month closer to that moment when you can finally chuck that winter coat into storage. Unfortunately that doesn’t give you a reason to break out those sundresses quite yet. The consolation? It’s not too early to wear white jeans. You could go for the standard skinny silhouette, but if you want to take a cue from the runways and wear a high-waisted style, this Alexander Wang option is a good piece to try. It has a roomy leg and distressed detailing at the waist and hem, so the overall vibe is relaxed and not fussy. And if you’d rather try a similar look, try these jeans and distress them yourself.

To really go all-in on the runway-inspired styling, try the jeans with a tucked-in white blouse and fresh white sneakers. For warmth, a long wool coat is probably your smartest choice this time of year, but a short jacket is the best choice to highlight the waist when the weather isn’t freezing.
