CG, founded by critically beloved Chris Gelinas, and Gabriela Hearst kick off the day at 9 a.m. (the crack of dawn, in fashion parlance). Hearst’s collection will hang alongside work by photographer Leigh Johnson, whose images inspired this season’s collection. It promises to be a big day for all-American design, as well: Jason Wu’s show walks at 1 p.m., while Ralph Lauren’s Polo line has a presentation running from two to four.

Though she’s far from a new designer, Sophie Theallet earned an unusual level of buzz for her show last season, so her 5 p.m. slot should draw more attendees. Oscar de la Renta alums Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia had a great first season of their line Monse, with Amal Clooney and Sarah Jessica Parker already having been seen wearing their takes on dishabille-chic. For their sophomore effort, all eyes will surely be on them.

Can we expect a Beyoncé appearance at Beyoncé stylist (and frequent selfie co-star) Ty Hunter’s launch party for his light-up phone case for selfies, Ty-Lite? At the very least, it’s the kind of gadget that should draw a substantial fashion audience, for obvious reasons.

And finally, after Rihanna promised to “attack” her gig as creative director of Puma — a post that has already resulted in the enviable sneaker-creeper hybrids you’ve been seeing everywhere — we’ll be seeing the fruits of her labor at her evening Fenty show, which should be ringed by Navy members waiting to catch a glimpse of their Captain. “It could even be down to suspenders … that’s what I’m most excited about — the creative freedom,” Rihanna told WWD. So … expect … suspenders?
