Felon Apologizes in Court to the Tune of Adele’s ‘Hello’

By

Brian Earl Taylor, 21, sang an apology to a courtroom at his hearing on March 10. In the style of Adele’s “Hello” (and perhaps with a hint of Bieber’s “Sorry”), he sang, >

“Hello there, your honor, I want to say I’m sorry for the things I’ve done and I’ll try and be stronger in this life I chose, but I want you to know — that door, I closed. And your honor I’m sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry.”

Taylor was arrested for holding up a man at gunpoint and then forcing him to drive to his apartment to complete the robbery.

Prior to singing, Taylor told the judge he plans to go to school to get his business degree, lay off the pot, and care for his mother. He requested 36 months so he could graduate by the time he was 26.
