Sometimes, if you’re very lucky, your wildest dream will come true. You spend birthday after birthday blowing out the candles, making that one special wish again and again. You wake up in the middle of the night, secretly praying for it. You get older. It’s not going to happen, you tell yourself. And then one day you open your web browser and it’s there:

He stands regally — of course he’s regal, he’s the most regal of creatures — his hair glistening in the sunlight. His ears majestically jutting out of his flat cap. The tweed hanging more gracefully off him than any person or animal in history.

This horse, Morestead, is no cheapskate. His ensemble was put together by Alexander McQueen apprentice Emma Sandham-King. Tweed is making a comeback, and Morestead is pioneering the movement.

Now we just need a horse Vetements sweatshirt and a horse-inspired Gucci line and Morestead will be fashion’s newest beloved trendsetter.
