Queen Peacock Giovanna Engelbert’s lush red dress look positively streamlined compared to Kate Foley’s tangerine balloon sleeves, while Rachel Wang’s polka-dot poplin was an oversize partner to a tiny green box bag. Flares, both of the cropped pant and cuff variety, made many appearances.
