Tina Knowles Lawson threw a lavish push party for Beyoncé Saturday with all her friends in attendance. Meanwhile, we were busy looking at photos of Bey’s happy Mother’s Day outing to the Museum of Ice Cream with her mom, Jay Z, and Blue Ivy.
