What began as a collection of whimsical neckpieces in fall 2004—from gorgeous mink collars to crystal-encrusted shoulder harnesses—has morphed into a popular line of ready-to-wear. Designers Brian Wolk and Claude Morais favor a hip Victoriana aesthetic; collections are filled with sturdy tweeds and nubby wools, and often showcase silky blouses featuring dramatic bishop or belled sleeves. Their silhouettes have a vintage feel without being musty or fussy, although the prices are anything but throwback: Blouses start at $800, and jackets run $1,800 and up.
