Schuyler Grant of Tribeca's Kula Yoga also hosts four-day getaways -- at a farmhouse in southwestern Vermont. The weekends, which run once a month from June to September, accommodate up to fourteen students and include two vinyasa flow classes daily and vegetarian meals. "There’s also beer and wine," says Grant. "I mean, I love to facilitate great, spiritual yoga, but I also know New Yorkers like to have a rocking vacation."

The farmhouse is four hours from Manhattan (212-945-4460;; rooms and bathrooms are shared; weekend packages are $365 per person and include meals, accommodations, and yoga classes.
