After more than a month of dry travel, the Transportation Security Administration has (slightly) loosened its carry-on rules regarding liquids. Right now, any gel or fluid must be three ounces or less and packed into a one-quart, clear-plastic zip-top bag kept separate from other carry-on luggage. You still can’t bring bottled water from outside, but the airport markup isn’t too bad: A twelve-ounce bottle of Dasani is $1.79 at Hudson News in La Guardia. Here, a fail-safe pouch of products that follows the rules and addresses all in-flight needs.
