When Moroccan-born, French-reared Laurent De Louya started cutting here in 1972, he quickly established a following among the young agents at William Morris. They’ve stayed loyal, and now his clientele also runs to the CEO set—including Time Warner Cable COO John Billock and Raymond Weil’s Benny Shabtai. His salon, La Boîte à Coupe, specializes in a well-groomed look but maintains the groovier locks of City Ballet’s Peter Martins, too.
