If treadmills bore you to tears, Marcelo Ehrhardt has a way to keep your attention: Commotion!, a circuit of mini-trampolines, medicine balls, steps and jump ropes. Everyone pairs off for a turn around the circuit; each station is done for three minutes, then one minute, and finally at frantic, calorie-burning 30-second intervals. Since three minutes isn’t enough time to get bored with anything, the class flies by and you wind up drenched—with all your muscle groups and your cardiovascular system well worked out in a taut 45 minutes.
