Waking up early on Sunday mornings to go out dancing is one of those “only in New York” facets of club life. But since Junior Vasquez’s after-hours party “Earth,” has been so inconsistent of late, early-bird clubbers (and those who can’t face turning in before noon) have been homeless. Thankfully, promoter Rob Fernandez, best known for his “Be Yourself” parties with Danny Tenaglia at Arc, has stepped in to fill the a.m. slot with “718 Loft Sessions.” Held in an enormous, tunnel-like loft, the party runs from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. and peaks at around ten o’clock. The only hitch is that, unless you happen to live in Bushwick, Brooklyn, you’ll probably be cabbing it. But that’s a small price to pay to be able to dance away till brunch.
