Yes

Good edutainment, even though I am not a huge cheese-buff. I guess anything paired with wine tastes good. Our professor was definitely passionate about fromage... he stopped just short of asking us to sign a Congressional petition for the easing of domestic cheese laws. I had no idea how political milk curd could be! Good second date idea.
