We went last night and left more than satisfied. The service was very efficient thanks to our lovely waitress, and also very quick. Your palate will love the food as we did. We had a great discussion while enjoying Balthazar's amenities at late night.

overated, arrogant reception

We had to go twice there to be seated (I mean 2 different days!), even though the tables were free, and there were no people waiting to be seated before as. The reception stuff told us the kitchen was about to close so we had a choice to seat at the bar which was full. Then a party of 3 came after us, and got seated immediately..They had to be kidding..this place...is not worth the maltreatment!!! Sorry but that's the truth, there are hundreds of those places in Paris with such an atmosphere.
