mellow, give it an hour

I arrived about 5:30 to a sparse bar. Not unusual at that hour. But within an hour this mellow ambiance of a bar was alive and kicking. Although being in heels and trying to get over the growing expanse of places where tiles had come loose leaving pits and uneven ground made for being graceful a bit tricky the place had charm. I'd like to see them attempt to fix those areas in the floor though. It seemed unprofessional, lazy and unsafe.

Low Key, Laid Back and Great Music

Even with no food and no beer on tap I still give this place an 8. The drinks are generally well made and the selection of wine and beer is respectable. But the atmosphere is what really sells it. My favorite after work bar. Also, rave reviews for the party space in the back. I had a birthday bash here with two friends and it was a unanimous hit with our very diverse group of friends.
