My friends, wife and myself really liked Blarney Rock. They had a great menu with great service. The was not a long wait for the food and it was pretty good and so was the beer. It was like being in a small town pub in the biggest city in the world !!

Great sports bar.

If you are going to sports events in MSG, this is the place to meet before and after the game or concert. If you have on tickets, join the great sport's crowd that watch all the garden games on their 14 flat screen TVS. It is almost like being in the garden itself. The Rock has been around since 1969. Try it, you will love it!!

The Best of The Blarney's

Again, I was not dissappointed in this oldie but goodie that was established in 1969, almost as old as Madison Square Garden. Their full Irish Breakfast is a load!! I feel like I need a good nap after washing it down with a pint of Guiness. The Rock is still the best stop in The MSG , Penn station area. It is always filled with tourists and commuters alike. A must stop!!

Great place, friendly Irish waitresses and bar tenders! Real authentic pub! Its close to Madison Square Garden so the bar is buzzing with hockey fans before every game, the atmosphere is fantastic! On St. Patrick’s Day it’s the place to be with real Irish food and Irish staff your guaranteed the best craic ever! Looking forward to going back in June to see everyone there! Great location near MSG, Empire State Building, Macy's and Penn Station. A trip to New York isn’t complete without a visit to the Blarney Rock Pub.

What a place to watch sports, any sport! You will find Met and Yankeee fans stopping in for a few drinks and chow before and after home games, even though the stadiums are miles away by subway. A great meeting place! Ranger games??? The place is A RANGER BAR where fans meet befor and after home games. For those who can't get tickets meet and watch the games on thrir 15 tvs. It's almost like being in MSG!! Can't stay away!!

GREAT IRISH PUB

By tomdwyer on 12/7/2006

The Rock has the best Irish breakfast this side of Dublin, no doubt about it!! The food is very reasonably priced, even the best cheap eats in town. The all Irish wait staff greets their guests as family, not just customers. This is a rare thing these hectic days in NYC. They want to know where we are from, they care!!! The guest base is from the young 21 year olds attending a concert in MSG to rough and tumble hockey fans mixed in with construction workers and empty suits. WHAT A JOINT!!!

Perfect Irish Bar

Can I just say the Blarney Rock is just the typical Irish pub that the Irish and Americans love. The food is lovely, pure Irish grub, the prices are very reasonable and the waitresses and bartenders are very nice. Perfect place to watch the games and have a drink.
