I had passed through Cellar 58 for a couple of times but never really went in. I was walking with my girlfriend on Tuesday night and heard some nice music playing, so we decided to check it out. The experience was unbelievable. The flamenco music, a great wine list and great food made the experience very enjoyably. All the staff was knowledgeable about the wines, making great recommendations for the food we had. We had: Farro with artichoke, grape tomatoes, aged pecorin.......TO DIE FOR Pappardelle with sausage ragout............AMAZING Chocolate mousse with lingue di gatto cookie....NO WORDS, SO DELICIOUS Overall the ambience, the staff and the food/wine made a good tuesday night. I will definitely go back to try more wines.

This is a great bar for conversation and casual drinking. The atmosphere is chill, the crowd was good looking when I came here and the service was spectacular. They make you feel special here.

I came here with a coworker. There were only a few people when we got here after work but it quickly turned into an intimate crowd where everyone seemed like they were friends. Maybe it was the wine but I had a great time here. Cellar 58 one of those local spots that make NYC great.

If you go to Cellar 58, make sure you talk to the owner Maria. She's a great, warm Italian mother who will take of you and your friends. I love her.. There's not a thing I wouldn't do for her, including taking time to write a review for her awesome food and even better wine. Cellar 58 Rocks!

I love this bar. It's great for girls night out even though you probably won't find many boys here. It's a shame. Why are all the best wine spots filled with only women? Boys - you need to stop going to those sports bars and let us women treat you with some sophisticated touches..

I heard about this place from coworkers.. It was everything they said, charming, romantic, spirited, spunky, perfect for conversation. They had a dj the night I came. I highly recommend their muscles and Chilean Sea Bass.

I went to Cellar 58 with my Zogsports teammates. I was worried about going to a wine bar in tshirts and shorts, but we sat outside and nearly closed out the place. Watch yourself here because you can easily stop by for one night and stay all night. Best place by far in the ev.

Why didn't someone tell me earlier that women love wine? I went to this bar with my buddy after we saw a group of 4 girls sitting outside, drinking wine on their outdoor patio. Not sure if it was the wine, neighborhood, or bar, but everyone here was friendly. I met several girls inside and walked away with a few numbers. Love this place. I now need to learn my wine etiquette. Cellar 58 Rocks

Did you ever try Torta al Testo ? It’s a fantastic Umbrian flatbread that I ate at CELLAR 58 with prosciutto and mozzarella and pecorino cheese … TERRIFIC ! And the wine? Over 120 wines! Very nice people, excellent service and great Chef Andrea Tiberi
