I just went to this establishment with my girlfriend on Saturday night. We each had a salad and 2 drinks each. In the middle of our second drink, the waiter asked us to move to another table and I looked at him in shock. He then came up and asked again and I told him to wait for my girlfriend to come out from the bathroom. He then approached her before she even sat down and he asked her if we could move. He brought 4 girls to our table to take our table away without us even having gotten up from our table to be moved to a table in the back. We sat at another table in the back darkly lit room. There were plenty of tables there. But this area must be for guests that aren't on their favorites list. I complained to have the manager come speak with us where he apologized. He wanted to give us drinks to make up for it. Then we said no we just want the check and wanted to leave for being treated so poorly. The waiter comes back a few minutes later with 2 additional drinks that we already said we didn't want. My girlfriend then asked him to take 2 drinks off the check if they wanted to give us 2 complementary drinks. They had the nerve to add on a service charge (what service was provided??) I paid the bill and the change was given back consisting of about 20 nickels and dimes - basically, we were being insulted again. This is the type of behavior that they allow at this restaurant. Very rude service and terrible treatment of guests.

This place is absolutely repulsive. I threw a private party and the manager had promised us a great night, wonderful service, and delicious food. We got none of those things because the service was terrible, what was promised was not served, and the food that was brought was cooked unprofessionally. You can see that not only the waiters were amateur, but the chefs as well. Here is a suggestion you should listen to, if you are ever on Emmons avenue do not step a foot in those place, try something else in order to have an enjoyable night.
Picnics with a view, roller-skating nostalgia, and a party for gay headbangers.
