I hope this place comes up with some good stuff for the winter. It was a usual hangout this summer with the rooftop and all. The lounge is pretty cool though, so I guess they can take the party indoors. Make the trip out there, it's worth it.

I'm a big fan of the 2 for 1 and it was kinda unexpected to get a deal at this swanky place. They are trying hard to get people out to 46th and 12th and I'm glad I made the trip. Definitely worth an evening out--good views, good music and out of the thick of midtown.

I really like that this bar doesn't take itself too seriously. I mean, they are doing a 70th Anniversary for the Wizard of Oz with dressed up people and dorky drinks. It's so refreshing to find a place like this! I went for a happy hour and liked the vibe, but I could do without the bump and grind. Just my style, I suppose Rooftop movies with drinks? Count me in

I read an article on rooftop bars in the city trying to get my fix before it's too late. Glad I choose this one first because it is off the beaten path and I wasn't fighting for bar space! rooftop? check happy hour specials? check Good times had? check

I was visiting from LA and felt like I was right back home when I walked in the door. This has all the glitz and glamor of Hollywood bars and clubs (for better or for worse depending on who you are). I'd say it's definitely worth the experience and you've only got the summer here to enjoy that rooftop so get it while you can. A "must have" in my opinion

So my office had a private party here and it was a great choice! The lounge decked out in leather with crystal chandeliers was a nice touch! The drinks were a bit pricey, but I wasn't paying! I'll come back on my own during Happy Hour to check out the everyday scene

my friends and i came a lil early like around 9, so we were able to get a great seat and the bitchy server didn't even tell us about their 'policy' so we ordered pitchers of margaritas and food while waiting for 3 of our friends, when they came around 10,the people downstairs said they can't up come up because it's bottle service and for reservations only,so they explained that we were there already and they told r friends the that we have to get a bottle service with a minimum of $1000?! (are you kidding me?! they are on the 3rd floor for crying out loud and this in not a high end roof top!) or else our friends can't come up. so we decided to meet our friends on the 2nd floor, finished our pitcher and head out! this is the worst rooftop bar i've ever been to! never coming back here again and never will i recommend this. go to sky terrace, ava lounge or 230 5th where they have better views and better servers!

So I was a little hesitant to take the trip over to the Hudson to check this place out, but I'm always up for new adventures. I always hate being in crowded, stuffy bars and this rooftop terrace was a breathe of fresh air (literally) If you need a nice hangout spot for the summer, they have great drinks and an upper class feel. It's something different that NY definitely needed. I'd go during happy hour for their specials, it's a little easier on the wallet, but still worth it I think

I was looking for a new happy hour spot and I think I found it. Great drinks and the most attentive bartenders (I think I have a "usual"). It's also great for the summer because of the roof top terrace over looking the Hudson. It is on the upscale side, so don't get angry like the people below when you don't arrive at a hole in the wall and may have to wait outside. (I waited for 5 minutes....not a huge deal)

I would highly discourage anyone from going there for the following reasons: The employees were beyond rude. The man who was passing out paper towel outside the bathroom not only yelled into the stall to get my friends and I to move faster, but he went so far as to open the door on my friend. In addition, another friend was robbed in the bathroom. She was having her 21st birthday at Hudson Terrace, had brought a majority of the clientele in for the evening, and she was punched in the face and robbed. The employees consist of some of the most immoral and distasteful people I have ever met. I love living in NY and I have never had an experience as horrible as the one I had at Hudson Terrace. This place should be shut down.
