Not much going on here.Has no relation to the original International,in style or personality.Very small but loud, even with a just a few people at the bar.The standard bored looking hipster bartenders who can never seem to find the time to serve a drink. That tired old act has no place in NYC these days.

Narrow, dim, great music, and friendly people; the cleanest bar I've been inside in a long time. Locals drink great "on tap" beer and share stories of their day or days gone by. Stop in and you'll likely meet either of the owners as they take turns behind the bar with regular bartenders that are as unique as you may find.

This wee outpost is awash with the glow of Xmas lights and people's noses. With its rummage-sale furniture, solid jukebox, alt-rock Buddha-nature bartender gals, and $4 martinis, what's not to love? Perfect for meeting up with old friends. Show up early to really park it and drink.

Best of New York: Fun & Nightlife
Picnics with a view, roller-skating nostalgia, and a party for gay headbangers.
