I went here on a quiet Sunday lunchtime so couldn't tell you what it's like when packed, but I had a great time. The place is so interesting to look around. Bras hanging from the ceiling and the ceiling tiles decorated with drinkers' messages. Just a fun place with good beer and friendly staff. Highly recommended...

Can't beat the prices and the ambience. Happy atmosphere. Captivating decor.

Jeremy's is a bit of an oddity. When the crowd is more blue-collar, it's a great spot. When it gets packed with paralegals wearing pointy shoes, it can be downright obnoxious (unless your ideal woman is a recent Yeshiva grad who gets really loud after 2 drinks and is dressed a little too nice for a dive). It is definitely worth checking out, as it can provide some good times, but pick out a backup just in case. Oh, and to the owners: the styrofoam is a nice touch with Coors lights, etc., but it totally destroys the taste of any respectable beer.

Love the clams, cajun shrimp and onion rings - all made better by a cold beer. You can't go wrong with this place.

From an Englishman in New York's point of view Jeremy's is one of the most remarkable establishments imaginable. At first glimpsh you don't really want to enter, however it gets worst. After taking a beer or two you simply don't want to leave! The mix of social classes makes this watering hole a unique window on New Yorkers. Put it on your list of places to visit above the Statue of Liberty!
