A great UES spot

I cannot recommend Caledonia enough. It's completely unlike any of the other bars in the neighborhood, which I consider a huge plus! It's got great beer and a really chill atmosphere with comfy couches in the back and plenty of spots at the bar. I go enough to know all of the bartenders who I consider a draw in and of themselves - they are always friendly and welcoming and the accents don't hurt. And, having just joined the mailing list, I'll be heading back soon to participate in one of their monthly whiskey tastings!
