Perfectly effortless, cozy, and handsomely open, this tiny place makes everyone feel welcome. Neighborhood people come in with their dogs, financiers mingle with bespectacled downtown theater geeks, and the summer sidewalk tables are heavenly. Europeans, but not Eurotrash, love this place.
