A Special Place

I have been going to Norwood for several years and there is no more unique spot in New York. The club is beautifully and lovingly decorated and furnished; the staff are attentive and helpful; the music provides a cool backdrop; the vibe is swanky yet casual; and best of all, the food is incredible. Hats off to the chef, David. I have never seen a management staff work harder to make sure that guests leave happy.

Terrible Experience

Cool idea of a private club in a brownstone with each floor having a different theme...BUT I will not be going back there, EVER. Had set reservations for dining in the main dining room and they kept us waiting for over 2 hours. We were told large party came in 1.5 hours past their set reservation and apparently they were more important. We didn't start eating until after 11pm at which point they turned the dining room into a night club. The Manager was very condescending and no respect for our comfort. Cool place but crappy management and staff. You can have it!

  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
