this place is excellent to hear fresh, danceable, groovy world music spun by masterful DJ's playing their favourite music to a crowd full of diverse, non-trendy music lovers all hours of the night. amazing live bands play here, crowded in with the people, on the combined stage/dance floor, making you really feel like you are part of the music. try and go on wednesday for brazil night, seeing forro in the dark play is a real treat, but make sure you wear comfortable shoes to NUBLU because you will be dancing all night! great drinks and fantastic music without the snobbiness or pretentious hipsters that other places seem to draw.

A great place for great music and dancing

This was a really good place for great jazz/dance music. Mostly plays a lot of retro music and live musicians come on to play later in the evening til' the crack of dawn. Small area but has a great mix of non-hipster non-bridges and tunnel crowd.
