They really payed attention to detail. From the first point of contact, they were friendly and accommodating. We planned our company outing with them and will surely go back. The food was great, the entertainer they provided was amazing, and the staff was friendly. Our office is still talking about how much fun it all was.

I went to Pulse and they destroyed my Cousins birthday, the bouncer didn't let one of my Cousins friend in because of this ( after the third girl that walks in they question your id). She answer all of the bouncers questions and still wasn't able to go in, because he needed another proof of ID or a debit card. Then they had us wait for a hour and 20 min for this so called manager that never showed up. If anyone reads this and is a manager of the place they need to fire MARTIN the head bouncer because that was the only info he would give us wen it came to is name. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY... NEVER GOING BACK. I advise you not to go too.

I work around the corner from Pulse and decided throw my fiancee's birthday here. I called up to make a reservation and the manager was great in helping me choose the right package (pick the suite!). It was 12 of us and we ended up staying there longer...thousands of songs!@ Definitely recommend having your party here!

When my co-workers set up a happy hour get together down the block from us I took then up on the offer! When my buddy told me it was a new karaoke venue I got a little nervous but I went anyway. I was never really into the bars with karaoke in the corner. Well i was shockingly surprised for many reasons. One: I swear its the cheapest happy hour in midtown. 2 for 1 entire bar and a great inexpensive menu. Two: the decor was so modern and sexy. Three: Top 40 music was playing in a great sound system. AND FOUR: I actually got up to sing AND loved it!!!! The host there was top-notch! Singing with us and making us feel comfortable. It got so addicting we kept signing up for songs after the first. Next week Im taking my friends and we are renting out one of their private suites that comes with private karaoke and Rockband! Great Time!

The lounge is hot looking, the song list is massive, the lighting is ridiculous!! The appetizers are just what you need after one too many during the happy hour. We had a great time and are trying to make it a weekly night out.
