I can't taste my food - the music's too loud

Bad service and rediculously loud music change what could be a good evening into one of shouting across tables. The place boasts a great wine list and interesting menu choices, but the portions are meager. Perhaps with a better listening ambiance, the subtlty and sophistication of the place will progress.

I've been here twice and the wine selection and the wine were both excellent. The service is top notch with knowledgeable/friendly pourers who know their wines. Try the cheese plate

If you don't like wine, go for the fabulous fondue. If you're not into dessert, go for the extensive and perfect wine list served from people who know what their talking about. It is comfortable and cozy and perfect in the otherwise sometimes "trying-too-hard" lower east side.
