I like R&B very much and go weekly for dinner/drinks. The food, staff and clientele is very good. The reason I gave this 1-star is because of one bartender who no one seems to know why he still has a job. His name is Kevin and he is by far the worst, nastiest, rudest and most obnoxious bartenders I've ever met. I have no idea who the hell he thinks he is, but he's certainly not good at his job and should NEVER EVER be working in the service industry. I've witnessed him completely ignoring certain customers who have been very nice and polite (including myself) who he's deemed not worthy of his attention for whatever stupid, selfish reason he's come up with in his pea brain. I've also seen him refuse to serve certain drinks that he doesn't feel like making and refuse to serve certain customers he doesn't like (again for stupid reasons he's come up with in his pea brain). All of the other bartenders are wonderful, friendly, outgoing and extremely accommodating and it's a shame that the owners let this one bad apple ruin the bar's reputation. I know for a fact that several customers and staff members have complained about him and requested that he be let go, but yet, he's still there which leads me to believe he's related to one of the owners. So, in conclusion, absolutely go to R&B because it's a great place to hang and watch games and have good food and drinks, but call first to see who's bartending and if it's Kevin, stay as far away as possible or you'll regret it.
