I went to Taj with some girlfriends for a night out after a late night at work on Friday, and it was a blast! I wasnt planning on going out but one of my friends said she knew a promoter, so we called him and he got us some really great deals on drinks. It was a really fun time especially after a crazy day at work. If you want to go out, I suggest hitting this guy up. Indi Romero from joonbug. Look him up on facebook or call him at 212-255-4223!

I went to Taj II last weekend and I had a great time! They had good music and a very nice crowd :) This place had HUGE line, but luckily I booked the party through Indi at Joonbug. He cut the line for me and my friends and got us into the club right away :) thanks to him I didnt spend any money (he got us tons of free drinks!!). I asked him how could I thank him, so he told me to pass his name to more people! He works at the best venues every weekend, and u can find him on FB: Indi Romero

Simply put--I left disappointed. My husband reserved a bottle table for my guests and me to celebrate my birthday, but my guests had difficulties getting in even when they told the body guards my name. The body guards and staff were unorganized and do not know what they are doing. Also, it was too packed (like sardines) and people were smoking cigarettes and weed. I thought bars/restaurants/lounges couldnt do that in NYC anymore. Lastly, there were repeated mini fights near the mens bathroom. The body guards didnt even curb the fights and why are they getting paid?!?! The dress code was not enforced--people were wearing sneakers, hats, hooded sweat shirts and non-designer jeans. I thought this place catered to classy and sexy people?!?! Overall, you should not take the chances of celebrating your event at Taj because you never know how things will unfold for the night. You just cannot afford for there to be a series of mistakes on their end. At least I couldnt. Besides you may not be able to get in to your own event!!!!
Picnics with a view, roller-skating nostalgia, and a party for gay headbangers.
