I agree with all of what the Critic had to regarding the "Terra Blues' review except.... I'd say, the corner stone of Terra Blues has been "Michael Powers" for the past almost decade. There would be no Terra if not for this critics choice for the past 10 years in a row. Besides being a signature singer/songwriter, he has been chosen as one of the top 100 best blues guitar players in the world for the past consecutive 10 years. Religiously, fans congregate every Tuesday and Friday nites to experience this phenomenon. Being an artist of 40something myself that's been in the business all my life, I think I'm qualified to say with out a doubt This Blues Maestro has earned the right to own recognition for his art and being with in that interview. In between Terra's Off days he tours the world and acts as a casual normal Joe on the streets of NYC. I'd say I wasn't with out a doubt impressed until I experienced one nite of his Artistry. Been a fan ever since. For any critic to over look him just as being another musician that passes through Terra Blues is nothing short of amateur.
Picnics with a view, roller-skating nostalgia, and a party for gay headbangers.
