He is much needed to bring spice & flavor to this venue that packs it in on Fridays. I hope he invites all the guys too as he tends to just invites the ladies and only his VIP bottle poppers and keep it a high ration of ladies.

After spending $816 on tickets which included a bottle of champagne and vodka, we were told we would only get our alcohol if we gave our hostess a $75 gratuity! A total rip off and very misleading advertising when we booked. Typical New York, it's all about the bucks !!

I don't know where 5inheels went but I loved my night out here...ordered the empire cocktail, and the sweetheart waitress brought over a bottle of Moet champagne to top off the drink, tableside. Plus the truffled popcorn was amazing! My friend & I were able to actually relax in the comfy velvet couches & have a conversation. Perfect happy hour

While the decor is impressive, several things left a bad taste in my mouth about Empire Room. First, the bathrooms were filthy, the sinks wouldn't turn on, and two out of three fixtures were completely broken. I was charged $13 for a rum and coke, which is thievery, and the tables were so low that our waitress had to sit on the floor to talk to us (she doesn't know what's in the cocktails, so don't bother asking). When I complained to the manager about the bathrooms, he argued with me for several minutes, and proceeded to show me how to use the sensor on the sink (apparently "most bathrooms in New York use sensors"). Thanks for doubly offending me by assuming I was a TOURIST. On top of it, the fire alarm kept going off, and when I asked about it, the manager told me "yes, it happens all the time. The building is on fire." Who even jokes like that in New York? Worst bar in midtown. I would not recommend.

very luxurious decor, comfortable seating, attractive staff and a large selection of tasty drinks. Room is very large but feels intimate and warm. Can't wait to go back.
