Rude Staff

The space is really nice but the staff is a different story. My fiance and I were thinking of having an enagement celebration here but the woman stationed at the front door was extremely rude. When we asked to speak to the lounge owner she just told us he was in his office and stared at us with a blank face. We then asked if she would be able to contact him she said no, with no explanation. She didnt even bother to offer a business card, number or a better time to reach him (which we asked for). Due to her attitude we decided to take our 70 guests eslewhere.
