Disgruntled Bouncer

  • No, I would not go back!

I always have a great time at the woods. But, this past Friday night the bouncer wouldn't let me in because of my expired ID. This was totally understandable, he said it was against the law, etc. Then I watched as he let one of my friends walk right past him without even checking her ID! So I followed her in, at which point he ran in after me and physically forced me out! I've never experienced this at The Woods. It was a Friday night and the place wasn't even busy. It was a friends birthday celebration so we had at least 15+ with us, we all left once I was turned away. The Woods needs to reevaluate their doorman's employment. They lost money that night.

Handsy bouncer

  • No, I would not go back!

I've been going to the Woods for years with no complaints, but last night the bouncer grabbed my arm at least twice trying to get me to move. While I understand trying to do crowd control, I felt it was very inappropriate business procedure and it made feel a little like hearded cattle. Then his boss apologized to my boyfriend. Gross.
