This is a great place for a chilled drink after work, it feels like a real "pub" rather than a loud sleazy bar. Ok, so the food is not completely creative - what I really want after work is not haute cuisine but a nice place to have a couple of beers and a few snacks to go with it without stressing, and this is a great place to do that. Cheers!

We went there last thursday to celebrate the birthday of one of my friends since a lot of mine collegues are raving about this pub. The staff was absolutly spectacular and did a great job in making the night special for us. The bar was hopping al night and the drinks were great. The patio that they have is the hot spot in midtown as soon as it gets a little warmer according to my collegues. I'll be back to check it out!!!!

This pub must be under new management, service & attitude of the staff is outstanding. And they have a great heated outdoor deck that must be awesome in the summer. The bartender told me that the chef's are working on a great new menu that sounded delicous and they truly do serve a fantastic pint of Guinness. In the sea of pubs in midtown New York, this one really stands out and is worth the trip.

Very comfy place....comfortabel seats around fireplace.Lots of comfort food (done well) on menu. Nice staff is genuine, not actor/singer wannabees. They pour a great pint. Big outdoor deck a plus.....can smoke there.

Place has working fireplace and lots of cozy nooks and crannies, but also has huge outdoor patio with heat lamps and awning.......servers were very friendly. Had great pasata special, and boyfriend had burger with homemade potato chips and EXCELLENT pint of Guinness. . Can't wait to go back.

This place is not worth your time or money. The menu is unimaginative and overpriced, the service is atrocious and the overall embiance is pretty blah.

I went to the WheelTapper with a few co-workers for lunch. It was awful. The service was slow, the food was mediocre, and management was rude. We waited for our food for an hour. When asked how much longer it would take, we got shouted at by a supervisor. Then she walked by and rolled her eyes. I have never seen anyone act that way towards customers. Unless your willing to wait an hour for regular food and enjoy being yelled at for ordering burgers, DONT GO THERE!
