  • No, I would not go back!

They changed my appointment without telling me. I booked a massage a month in advance for May 11. I get an email confirmation, but, because I double-check everything, I call on Friday, May 10 to confirm. They tell me I've been rescheduled to June 22! First they insisted that I must have requested the switch because they'd never have done it without talking to me. I had to deny making the change several times, going so far as to explain that I was traveling on June 22 and would never have rebooked for that date. Then they finally admitted someone there had messed up. The manager, Steve, promised to try to find me a Saturday opening, since my original one had been given to someone else. That was around 3:30 pm Friday. He said he'd call me back in a 1/2 hour. No call. I call back at 6pm, over 2 hours later, and he says he's still working on it and promised to call me before he left that day. Did he call me? Nope. On Saturday, someone (not Steve) calls and offers me a Sunday slot (after I'd already told Steve I couldn't do Sunday), and then said Steve would call me on Monday to offer me a new booking. It is now Tuesday. Nobody has called me. Conclusion: don't trust their bookings or their promises.
