Jackson Simmonds at Julien Farel Salon is a magician - a true artist who listens to all the whims and demands of his client and makes their hair dream come true. I had let my hair return to its virgin black/blue hue for many years and decided that after having a child, I wanted to look younger, more modern, but not have anything that screams I miss my experimental youth (lest I embarrass my child, ha myself, down the road). After some discussion, we agreed that tweaking just a bit to get my hair the color of my 6 month old son's would be perfect. Jackson took a photo I sent him, blew it up, and studied it against swatch after swatch of dyes and settled on a combination that was sure to get me there. I walked in to my appointment, was greeted with love, healthy snacks, fancy water and in a relatively short time (for color mind you!), my hair was transformed to the exact shade of my baby's. It was magical, relaxing and absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Jackson and Julien Farel to all discerning beauty fanatics (and everyone else who wants a relaxing and wonderful hair experience). J'Adore Jackson!!
