I bought a massage/facial through Groupon but wasn't able to book an appointment for 3 months, fine. Two days before my appointment I got a call that they had to reschedule because their boss was going to a concert! Again, I couldn't rebook for another two months. I called to confirm today and at first they asked me to come in earlier, I can't. They called me twice more asking me to come in earlier, I can't. So they left me a voice mail saying they have to reschedule for next week. I'm done, terrible customer service and whoever answers the phone needs to go.

Although its true keeping my appointment was a challenge in the beginning , they mixed up my days and I had to reschedule a month later but when I finally got my massage it was wonderful!!! My massage therapist was great and very professional, they are a bit pricey regularly but glad I had a discount from bloomspot. You can't tell from the store front but they have a great spa area minus a sauna and steam room, its a spa salon. I will definetely go back and bring a friend along. Again its a salon, not a full service spa so please give them a chance, they do facials and massages. Hope this helps someone, you can't always judge by someone else's bad experience or criticism. I enjoyed it.

i ran there when i read about this place. The guy made me a moisturizer right there on the spot. its cheap and i got to see him put in the ingredients, mine called for Horsetail and Coltsfoot. i chose not to put in a fragrance, i like it clean and simple. i got eyelash extensions at another place, but they charge one third the price i paid, so i am going back there next time for them.
