great color and cut
By Nicole16 on 2/18/2012
I have gone here twice and had a very positive experience both times. Anna did my color and she did an excellent job of making my blonde highlights look natural unlike most hair dressers. Anna is also very sweet. I had to wait in between my color and hair cut so she gave me a free conditioning treatment. Luke did my cut and he is very thorough so you know the final product will always looks amazing. He also styled my hair and I do not think I have ever received more compliments on my hair! No Vertali is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for so if you want your hair to look perfect from color to cut, Vertali is a sure thing.
Wonderful Bridal Experience
By Manhattanite1234 on 7/15/2011
I came here for my June wedding and had a terrific experience. The Vartali team is highly skilled and listens to what you ask for/what pictures you bring in. They were really patient, kind, fun to be around, and very knowledgeable. My wedding hair and makeup were both absolutely perfect and lasted the entire night. I will be coming here often in the future!
NYC Brides- Do not go here!!
By LuckyPenny_3 on 7/14/2010
I went here for my June wedding and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism, service, quality of hairstyles and their pricing. They actually tell you its going to cost one thing and then the day of your wedding they charge you more. The stylists INSULTED my mom and my bridesmaids. I walked in with an image of EXACTLY what I wanted and I was given a side cinnabon on my head. They are very difficult to work with. I was unhappy with my overall experience but basically just wanted my $50.00 that they overcharged me back. Instead of complying, they insulted me further and told me that I should owe them MORE money!!! Seriously, what PROFESSIONAL NYC company does that???
