I saw their ad on Spa Week for a 70 minute hot stone massage. It sounded great. I arrived at 4:45 for my 5pm appt. I had to buzz three times before someone let me in. The receptionist gave me the wrong form to fill and left the room. I had to get the right form myself. I waited 25 minutes to get into the room. At 5:18 I was all set to go. After another 10 minutes, I set the alarm on my phone to the massage end time of 645. Vivien got there and I asked her if she reviewed my form. Vivien spoke very little English and I don't speak Spanish. After a struggle, she finally understood and went to get the form. The massage felt like a rushed skin rub down. The stones and hot towels felt good even after she almost burned my back with them. Every time she massaged my collarbone with her hand, she pinched my muscles. I'm in more pain now that I was before. Then she asked me to turn over. I asked for the blanket back to cover my breasts. I got a flash back of my last gyno appt and didn't like the feeling of getting a breast exam at a spa. Later she uncovered my breasts and started rubbing my stomach and rib cage. After a few minutes she started wiping me down. I had to ask her to massage the soles of my feet. She ended with slapping my feet a few times with her palms. She had me abruptly sit up and stretch forward a few times. I was a little dizzy after having to get up so quickly. I got up and checked the time and guess what... It was 615. I got robbed off 30 minutes!!!

I suffer from sciatica and I went to this Spa because of the Spa Week special. I have gotten many massages in the past and this was hands down the worst massage i have ever received. First of all they took me 45 minutes late. What was supposed to be a 70 minute massage lasted only 50 minutes and my back felt worse than it did before I walked in. The massage table didn't even have a hole for your face so I couldn't breath for the first half of the massage. I cannot imagine where this therapist was trained because she clearly had no clue what she was doing. Never again!

They are not honest people do not give them your credit card information. They make you wait a long time and they are agressive at trying to make a $2,000+ sale on you. Do not trust this spa. The only good thing they have is the sugar wax but you can go to Completely Bare a reputable spa and do the ouchless wax it is even better than their sugar wax. I would not recommend this spa to my worst enemy.

Sheisty Owner/Manager, Cluttered, Unclean, Inhospitable, Can't handle eyebrows either... My experience put me under so much stress I could not sleep for two days! Hardly what you want from a spa experience. I had arrived 5 minutes early to my treatment, was not offered any refreshment or even a greeting for that matter, and though there were only two clients there at the time who were both leaving I waited for a half hour before I was brought in for services. During that time I used the rest room and found it pretty off putting how unsanitary it was. I was serviced by both the owner and one other aesthetician for a facial and an eye brow wax. I asked about how much the eye brows would cost before hand and the owner stated she'd have to see how much work it would be and that she'd be doing it. I'd asked for a mirror after the job but she never brought me one. The eyebrow wax was just plucking in the end, but I was charged 20 dollars for a VERY poor job. They ended up uneven and one was over plucked to the point you really couldn't do much to fix it. In the end I opted to tip them 18 percent of the total price of my services. That seems generous to me since the eyebrows were a flop. She assumed I meant 18 percent for each person, brazenly said' "oh why don't we just ring an even hundred." and rang me up for 100 dollars total for what was originally 70 plus tax! I told her to refund me 8 dollars but at that point I should have had her refund the full tip!
