worst customer service ever - and that from the owner!

I won a certficate for (2) $150 certificates at this spa. I called, informed them of the certificates and arranged for 2 appointments. After receiving my massage I was advised that the certificate was not applicable and would require an additional charge. Even though I mentioned the certificate when scheduling the appointment, the owner was belligerant and refused to honor the second certificate for my friend until and unless the amount was paid. Nowhere on the certificate was it indicated that it was for "signature" massage only and at no time during booking the reservation was it mentioned. The owner threaten that the 2nd individual would not receive her service if I did not sign the charge receipt, she also advised that she would just charge it through the auction provider and not provide service to my friend at all if I did not sign. This was basically a "bait and switch" way of handling the matter. I advised that perhaps she should reconsider using the service to sell her certificates - she was very hostile, very unprofessional and downright belligerant.

This is by the far the best laser hair removal place I have been to NYC. They are located in the Flatiron, Chelsea, Union Square area yet they are removed from all the street noise. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't yet. www.azuredayspa.com

I am very pleased with my experience, and would recommend Azure spa to all my friends and family. I contacted Azure because I have always had adult acne and skin discoloration, I wanted my skin to look nice for my upcoming wedding. Imagine how pleased I was when over the period of 5 months, my skin was visibly transformed. Now, I don't wear makeup, so many friends and co-workers tell me my skin is "glowing, smooth and clear". Mina and her staff are personable and professional, they immediately put me at ease. I never felt like "just another client". I have had IPL and chemical peel treatments and couldn't be happier with the results. The first time I went to Azure, for a consult, I was so unhappy with my skin. Now I am proud to say with the regimen Mina has prescribed, I don't feel like I have to cover my face with make-up. I never felt pressured to purchase products or make future appointments.

  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
  • Don't forget to read the user rating guidelines and rules.
